As the regulatory landscape continues to evolve, CareConnect recognizes the need for a dedicated Supervisor to oversee and improve the patient referral and staffing processes. The Recruitment and Scheduling Supervisor will play a crucial role in developing and managing the "Recruiting and Scheduling service line. This position demands exceptional organizational skills, leadership qualities, and a commitment to delivering top-notch customer service while ensuring integrity, credibility, and confidentiality in all aspects of the job.
Responsibilities
Recruitment Services: Supervise the recruiting services, including reporting progress to agency leadership.
Documentation Management: Ensure that new hire Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) have all necessary documentation completed and are prepared for work.
Scheduling and Assignment: Oversee the Scheduling and assigning of HHAs/PCAs to patient cases, considering client preferences and needs.
Attendance Verification: Oversee staff attendance and maintain accurate records of clock-in/clock-out in the scheduling system.
Communication: Effectively communicate all case-related changes, incidents, and issues to the supervisor and the care team.
Reporting: Oversee the Maintenance of accurate reports related to scheduling, staffing, and client-caregiver interactions.
Client and Caregiver Support: Maintain open and current communication with the care Recruiting & Scheduling Coordinator regarding changes in client or caregiver status.
Documentation: Review all relevant notes and updates are documented accurately.
Oversee Activities: Supervise and ensure the effective coordination and communication of activities within the scheduling and recruitment processes.
Supervision : Oversee the scheduling and coordination of home care staff to provide services to clients through the CareConnect platform.
Staffing Optimization: Fill open shifts and challenging vacancies while supporting agency coordinators in achieving optimal staffing levels. Manage a caseload of 100 to 150 patients based on agency needs.
Qualifications
Related work experience as a coordinator or supervisor is desired.
Proven experience in recruiting.
High School Diploma or equivalency required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience utilizing agency management software systems is strongly preferred.
High energy, self-motivated, proactive team player with a demonstrated ability to provide innovative solutions.
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
