Duties & Responsibilities
• Conduct in depth interviews for candidates of vacant positions;
• Facilitates job posting of vacancies
• Assists in screening of applicants and scheduling for exams and interviews.
• Works with management to identify job requirements, updates account on hiring progress while meeting headcount requirement
• Maintains accurate and updated recruitment trackers.
• Receive, screen and file incoming resumes, background / reference checks
• Assists in the onboarding process of candidates
• Performs timekeeping duties.
• Performs data management and administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Facilitates inventory of assets (e.g. trainee/visitor IDs, locker keys, chairs, water, etc.).
• Drafts and disseminates memorandums for disciplinary action.
• Maintains an updated memorandum tracker.
• Assists in sending showcause memo via registered mail.
• Other tasks assigned by the Management.
Qualifications:
• University degree in Psychology/Human Resources or related field or equivalent work experience
• Experience in BPO/volume recruitment with no less than 2-years work experience
• Able to work with a team
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and meet timelines on deliverables. Ability to process a high volume of detailed work in a short time frame.
• Ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented and rapidly changing business environment.
• Must have proficiency with various software applications programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Strong working knowledge of standard recruiting procedures.
