Recruitment And Development Officer

- Responsible for sourcing, screening, hiring, and training qualified sales agents for fieldwork positions.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract talent for sales agents positions.
- Travel across various towns and cities within Batangas Province to actively seek out and engage potential sales agent candidates.
- Conduct training for newly recruited sales agents.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales team members to enhance their performance.
