Accenture in the Philippines is currently looking for **Recruiting New Associates **who will be responsible in performing the following day-to-day tasks:

- You will assist in preparation of status reports on a regular basis and special reports on request, identify issues and recommend actions.
- You may be assigned to support implementation of different sourcing activities ie referral program, internet/job boards, third-party management.
**What are we looking?

- Open to college graduates in Psychology, HRDM or related
- No experience required
- Willing to work in Cubao, Quezon City

**Good to have skills**:

- Knowledge in recruitment and human resources roles
- Familiarity with Excel functions in the purpose of reports and analytics
