What You'll Do Support specialized recruitment efforts, focusing on identifying and engaging top talent for niche or very specific roles within targeted industries. Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques including networking, direct sourcing, and online channels to identify and attract top talent across various industries and roles. Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline to meet the hiring needs of our clients. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand talent requirements, develop recruitment strategies, and effectively communicate the value proposition to candidates. Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to optimize the recruitment process. Engage candidates through personalized outreach and relationship-building activities, effectively communicating job opportunities and company culture. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experiences, and cultural fit. You are adaptable and ready to jump in wherever needed, whether it's sourcing candidates, managing the recruitment process, or building relationships with clients. You thrive in a dynamic environment where priorities may shift, and you're able to pivot quickly to meet the needs of the business and your team. Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform recruitment strategies and identify emerging talent pools. Analyze recruitment metrics and performance data to continuously improve sourcing and hiring processes. What You'll Bring 3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or executive search, preferably in a fast-paced agency or corporate environment, with a proven track record of success in sourcing and placing top talent. Experience working in a startup environment is highly desirable, as you'll be comfortable with the fast-paced and dynamic nature of startup culture, and you'll understand the unique challenges and opportunities that come with recruiting for early-stage companies. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies tailored to specific talent needs, leveraging a combination of online platforms, networking events, and market research to identify and engage high-potential candidates. Proven expertise in utilizing sourcing techniques, including advanced Boolean search, to identify and attract passive candidates from diverse talent pools. Proficiency in leveraging applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and online platforms to efficiently manage candidate pipelines and track sourcing activities. Highly organized and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced recruitment environment. A proactive and collaborative attitude, with a passion for staying abreast of industry trends and continuously improving sourcing techniques to drive successful outcomes.
