Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for a Recruiter at Ramen Nagi PH. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates for various positions within the company. This includes creating job postings, reviewing resumes, conducting phone and in-person interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to assess candidate qualifications. The Recruiter will also assist in defining job requirements, conducting reference checks, and coordinating the hiring process.
Qualifications Graduate of Business Administration with a major in Human Resources or Psychology or any equivalent courses With at least 2 years of experience in Recruitment Knowledgeable in end-to-end recruitment process Extensive experience in manpower pooling and mass hiring Fluent in the English language, both written and oral Proficient in MS Office applications Has the ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment Experience in the F&B industry is an advantage.
