* Responsible for meeting hiring goals by filling open positions with qualified candidates.
* Able to develop job postings, job descriptions and position requirements.
* Manage the onboarding and new hire process.
* Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems.
* Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues.
* At least 1 to 2 years experience in recruiting.
* Comfortable to go on -site.
* Location will be in Santa Rosa, Laguna
