**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Work closely with management to create job postings, facilitate interviews, and provide pertinent recruitment information.
- Prioritize incoming recruiting requests to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and efficiently.
- Monitor approved job vacancies and fill requirements.
- Interview, evaluate, extend offers, counsel, discuss, and negotiate compensation and benefits packages.
- Establish priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment where constant change is a possibility
- Perform other HR responsibilities as may be assigned.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- Must have at least 1-2 years of work experience in talent acquisition from the BPO or Technology industries
- Mandatory fluent English verbal and written communication skills
- Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Highly developed and demonstrated customer service, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
- Good analytical and conversational skills and can work with minimum supervision.
- An outgoing, energetic, and motivated personality who is comfortable with constant change
- Basic sales skills, including effective negotiation and closing techniques
- Must be a graduate of management courses, preferably in Psychology
- Must demonstrate sound work ethics
- Must be trustworthy with a high level of integrity
- Must have the adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Must have the flexibility to work any shift as needed
- Must be willing to work onsite in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga
