**This is a 3 month contract**:
- Design and implement recruitment strategy.
- Ensure following kaizen recruitment process by all managers.
- Ensure managers understand the recruitment process before interviewing.
- Analyze weakness on recruitment process and find solutions.
- Identify future hiring needs and specifications.
- Conduct first interviews where convenient, and sort through applicants to fill open positions
- Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Promote the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
- Ensure closing positions " when actual person starts" within 20 - 30 days.
- Find potential solutions if the position in difficult to close.
- Update Resignation/ Termination Employee sheet and list on Drive.- Ensure not sending any contract or offer without having full documentation.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor Degree
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting
- Negotiation Skills
- Organizing Skills
- Professional level of English
- Reporting Skill
