What You'll Be Doing: Manage the full cycle recruitment process with sales and tech roles Partner with other TA members to deliver, understand, qualify and prioritize current demand Continuously maintain an attractive network/pipeline of potential candidates Develop relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates Managing talent pools and networks to build a pipeline for future need What we would like to see: 1.5+ years of experience working on financial, trading, tech domains A proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic, high-growth environment Experience with hiring sales and business development functions Experience working with C-level stakeholders A results-driven, numbers-oriented approach Strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to details Fluency in Filipino and English Finstek is a leading technology provider focused on providing robust and flexible technology solutions, ranging from comprehensive MT4/MT5 White Label solutions, cutting-edge MT4/MT5 Bridging, advanced order routing and execution, aggregation, risk management and warehousing solutions, reporting and other fintech SAAS solutions for institutions operating in the financial markets.
