In this role, you will manage multiple open positions simultaneously across a variety of industries, ensuring that we attract and hire top talent. You'll be responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. This role requires someone comfortable working night shifts to align with U.S. Eastern Time and adept at managing a diverse range of roles in different industries. Key Responsibilities: · Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles at once, ranging across different industries and levels. · Partner closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, create tailored recruitment strategies, and provide regular updates on hiring progress. · Source, screen, and interview candidates using various platforms, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks. · Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and effective coordination during the interview and hiring process. · Manage a diverse portfolio of roles, ensuring each position receives adequate attention and is filled within the agreed timeframes. · Stay informed about recruitment trends and strategies to continuously improve hiring processes. Qualifications: · At least 1 year of experience recruiting for U.S.-based roles. · Proven ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously, often in different industries. · Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels. · Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. · Willingness to work night shifts following U.S. Eastern Time. · Experience with various sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems is a plus.
