As a key player in our APAC TA Regional team, you'll collaborate closely with leaders to attract and retain top talent, contributing to our commitment to diversity and excellence in the workplace.Where you come in:Manage the entire recruitment process, from job advertising to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring teams.Provide dedicated recruitment support, fostering strong collaboration with hiring managers to understand their needs and challenges.Identify recruitment obstacles and develop strategic solutions to enhance hiring effectiveness and attract top-tier talent.Establish robust recruitment practices tailored to regional needs, maximizing the benefits of diversity within the team.Utilize advanced sourcing techniques across various platforms and job boards to identify and engage with qualified candidates.Act as a brand ambassador for Dexcom, promoting our mission and values to candidates and external partners.What makes you successful:Full life cycle recruitment experience, with a focus on either local volume or regional environments.Proven ability to collaborate closely with stakeholders and hiring leaders, managing requisitions effectively.Strong sourcing skills across multiple platforms and job boards, with a knack for identifying niche talent.Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process.Familiarity with technical jargon and experience hiring for technical positions.Flexibility to adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic environment.Passion for Dexcom's mission to empower individuals to manage their health proactively.What you'll get:A front row seat to life changing CGM technology.
