Recruiter Entry Level / Internship Experience

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- _**Experience in full cycle recruitmen**_t preferably in a BPO or Outsourcing company is _**preferred but not required**_
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills
- Experience in Behavioral Interviewing is an advantage
- Proficient in planning, time management, and decision making skills
- Must be _**amenable to work onsite**_ (Alabang or Makati)

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible in end-to-end recruitment for Customer Service Representatives
- Documenting all interviews and that all necessary documents are complete and accurate prior to endorsement and filing
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Determine selection criteria
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
- Lead employer branding initiatives
