Quezon City Permanent Working as part of the Delta Capita (DC) APAC Team, you will be responsible for ensuring that DC has access to the best talent in the marketplace for open roles and to build a strong pipeline for the future roles. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role focused on attracting talent to DC in line with and to support our ambitious growth plans. The role requires someone skilled in engaging talent for roles across all business lines and all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition To drive a positive candidate experience from initial engagement to onboardingSupport the end-to-end recruitment process including but not limited to, drafting role descriptions, posting vacancies, head-hunting, long and shortlisting, candidate screening, interviews and making offers APACCollaborate closely with key stakeholders to understand current and future business needIdentify and engage with talent through social media, job boards, referrals, and networkingHeadhunt candidates to build a pipeline and network of talent for DCSupport line managers in building interview capability where neededEnsure that all recruitment activity is reviewed from a diversity and inclusion perspective to minimise the risk of any bias and ensure access to the broadest possible candidate baseProvide support to the recruitment team as required Sales Enablement Recommending and developing/implementing innovative enablement solutions to address identified gaps, tailoring strategies to regional-specific needs.Collaborate closely with our Sales Account Manager, business line leads and marketing to align on sales strategies and initiatives.Producing, curating and maintaining content for our Managed Service offering.Prior experience in a recruitment agency would be an added advantageEnd to End Recruitment experienceExperience of recruiting across some of the following areas (Graduate – Senior Hires); Consulting, Trade Support, Middle Office, Post Trade, Operations, Derivatives and KYC/AMLAbility to manage multiple competing prioritiesResilient and comfortable in a fast-paced, changing organisational contextCollaborative approach – both with HR colleagues and business stakeholdersAbility to work effectively on own initiativeStrong communicator and confident networker at all levelsExcellent organisational skills and attention to detail How We Work: Delta Capita is an equal opportunity employer.
