Recovery/Remedial Officer

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Responsible for the recovery / disposal of Non-Performing Loans acquired from various banks/financial institutions through, restructuring, and other means / out of the box recoveries/resolutions;
- Prepares account briefs and strategize for commercial resolution.
- Touch base with clients/borrowers for possible repayment scheme and/or full settlement;
- Conduct due diligence in Courts or in any government or private offices
- Conducts asset search and skip trace if needed
- Coordinates with in-house and external counsels on the litigated accounts as well as accounts for legal action
- Handles execution of Court decision in favor of the company

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Must know how to drive is an advantage for this role.
- Excellent Interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Work under pressure in customer oriented environment.
- At least two (2) years' experience in the related field/real estate industry.
- Willing to work in BGC, Taguig City
- Can start immediately
