Record Keeper

• Prepares of daily inventory report
• Prepares farrowing and mortality report
• Prepares weekly report
• Ear notching of new born piglets in the farrowing
• Print out all boards and forms in all section
• Answering calls / radio
• Responsible in all clerical works
• Maintains cleanliness in the office
• Prepares production and performance measures
• Prepares memos, monitoring of all in and out coming memos
• Transmit papers / leave forms and overtime forms to be forwarded to the HRD for payroll cut off
• Prepares DTR for the month
• Relying information to concern employees

Qualifications:
• At least 2-3 Years College education or vocational course graduate
• At least 1 year of experience as Record Keeper
• Willing to relocate or stay-in at CALABARZON
• Willing to start ASAP
