Receptionist

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
- Assisting clients and employees in finding their way around the office
- Preparing meeting and training rooms
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
- Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs
- Records deliveries and incoming mail
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks

Qualifications:

- Graduate of Tourism and Hospitality Management or any related course
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent ability to read, write, and speak English
- Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Punctual with strong attendance history

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From Php18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
