Receptionist

**Job description**:

- Answer, screen and forward incoming calls to the respective individual or department
- Greet and assist office guest as soon as they arrive at the office
- Perform secretarial and/or administrative tasks as maybe assigned to you from time to time by your immediate head
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing and photocopying
- Oversees Conference Room

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate of any 4 year course
- Have at least 1 year of experience in the related field for this position is an advantage but no required.
Open for fresh graduate!
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Can work independently and efficiently even under pressure
- With good work ethics and professional appearance is a MUST
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bagumbayan Libis, Quezon City

**Job Type**: Permanent

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
