Job Description Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and professionalReceptionistto join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere within the company.
Job Details: Eastwood Libis, QC (On-site)
Monday to Friday | 9 AM to 6 PM
*Observing Philippine Holidays, though there may be instances when your presence is necessary on specific holidays.
Responsibilities: • Manage the front desk by greeting visitors, answering, and directing phone calls, and ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist with call follow-ups regarding new hires, ensuring all necessary information is obtained and provided to the relevant department.
• Assist in coordinating with employees for equipment delivery and retrieval in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing equipment.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires, including equipment allocation and setup.
• Perform general administrative tasks, such as managing office supplies, sorting mail, and maintaining office cleanliness.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide support as needed, including scheduling meetings and assisting with special projects.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience with office equipment, such as printers and scanners.
• Familiarity with office management software, such as CRM systems.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
