Job Summary:

Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests and offering them a beverage, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Receive and tramsferring incoming telephone calls
Receive visitors and direct them to the waiting area or respective staff
Receive and dispatch incoming documents
Update telephone directory
Perform other duties that may be assigned periodically
