Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors promptly and courteously.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure all necessary materials are available.
Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information.
Manage office supplies inventory and order as needed.
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for staff members.
Maintain security protocols by monitoring visitor access.
