Key Responsibilities:
- Extend a warm and professional welcome to guests.
- Manage incoming calls by answering, screening, and redirecting them to the relevant department.
- Assist with appointment scheduling and calendar management.
- Perform administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and organizing office supplies.
- Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable.
- Provide general office support across various departments when needed.
- Address basic inquiries and guide clients or visitors to the appropriate contact or department.
Requirements:
- Recent graduate (preferred) with a degree in any discipline.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
