Client Profile: A Japanese Construction company that was established since 1975. They are known for providing services with the use of electrical and mechanical purpose. The company also operates in communication and air conditioning.

Position: Receptionist
Company Industry: Construction Company
Work Location: Makati City
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00AM – 5:00PM)
Salary: Php20,000
Work Set Up: Work on site

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor Degree Holder
with at least 6 months – 1 year experience in related work field
Amendable to work onsite
Amendable to attend face to face interview
Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing security and telecommunications systems
Responsible in answering visitors' questions, calls, and emails, and provide them with the relevant information.
Greeting and assisting visitors of the company.
Responding to questions and concerns by phone, email, and other forms of communication
Receiving messages and seeing to it that the right employee receives them on time.
