Role: Receptionist / Customer Support Specialist (US-based client) Salary: Competitive Basic Salary Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, Night Differential, government-mandated benefits Shift schedule: 5-day work week, 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. (10pm to 7am after DST) Philippine Time Work Setup: WFO/WFH Position Summary: We are seeking a professional and friendly receptionist to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing a warm, welcoming experience over the phone. Your primary responsibilities will include answering and directing calls, recording call-back information accurately in our tracking software, and sending email messages to ensure smooth communication. This role may also involve light clerical tasks and basic data entry.  Job Duties and Responsibilities:  Answer incoming calls professionally, direct them appropriately, and respond to client inquiries with a positive, helpful attitude.Record and update client information and call-back requests in our tracking software with accuracy and attention to detail.Send follow-up emails and relay messages to relevant departments to ensure timely responses.Perform basic data entry and other light clerical duties as needed. Qualifications:  Excellent English-speaking skills with a clear, friendly, and upbeat phone demeanor.Reliable high-speed internet connection to ensure consistent call quality and reliability.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus but not required.
