Real Time Analyst (Rta - Wfm)

Work Setup: On-site in MOA, Pasay
Shift Schedule: Graveyard/Shifting

Requirements:
Completed at least 2 years in college
2+ years of hands-on experience in WFM in a call center inbound voice process
1+ years of RTA experience
Strong Excel skills.
Ability to scrub, dissect, and shape data, and create customized reports.
Knowledge of WFM systems such as eWFM, Verint/BluePumpkin, IEX, CMS, etc.

Nominal Salary: To be agreed
