Real Time Analyst

As a Real-Time Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient operations by monitoring and analyzing real-time data. Your responsibilities will include:

Real-time monitoring: Tracking call volumes, agent availability, and queue lengths to identify potential bottlenecks or issues.Data analysis: Analyzing performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern.Reporting: Generating accurate and timely reports to keep stakeholders informed about operational performance.Problem-solving: Identifying and resolving issues that may impact service levels or customer satisfaction.Collaboration: Working closely with operations teams to implement strategies for improving efficiency and productivity.
