Job Title: Real Estate Virtual Assistant - Technical Operations Specialist
Position Overview:
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Technical Operations Specialist to join
our team remotely. This role is crucial for the smooth onboarding and offboarding of
agents and staff, providing ongoing technical support for internal operations. The ideal
candidate will be adaptable, managing day-to-day tasks and responding to unexpected
challenges to ensure seamless technical operations. You will work closely with our
Technical Operations Manager, Alkida Koleci, to support agents and staff with technical
onboarding, training, and assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
User Account Management:
• Set up and deactivate user profiles in O365/Nerdio, send welcome emails, and follow
up with new hires.
Onboarding and Offboarding Processes:
•Develop and update onboarding/offboarding manuals, send SaaS tool invitations, and
confirm email addresses.
Technical Support and Training:
•Provide basic technical assistance, collaborate on training needs, and maintain training
resources.
Project Coordination:
• Assist with system implementations, upgrades, and process improvements, track project
timelines and milestones.
Communication and Collaboration:
• Ensure smooth onboarding communication, relay updates to the Technical Operations Manager,
and assist with ad hoc technical projects.
Required Skills:
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Proactive in providing technical assistance and identifying training opportunities.
•Experience in documenting processes and creating training manuals is a plus.
•Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Knowledge:
•Familiarity with O365, SaaS tools, and basic system administration.
•Ability to quickly learn new software and technology tools.
•Experience in remote technical support roles is highly valued.
•Prior experience in project management or coordination is preferred.
