JOB DESCRIPTION:- Respond promptly to inquiries from brokers, agents, and potential clients received through various channels (email, phone, online platforms).- Provide detailed information about property listings, financing options, and other services offered by the firm.- Schedule and coordinate property viewings and meetings with clients and brokers.- Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase online presence and engagement.- Monitor social media channels for inquiries, comments, and feedback, responding promptly and professionally.- Serve as the primary point of contact for in-house and accredited brokers/agents.- Facilitate communication between the firm and brokers/agents, ensuring they are informed about new listings, market trends, and promotional activities.- Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and proposals for property listings.- Support the sales team in lead generation and conversion activities.QUALIFICATIONS:- PRC Accredited Salesperson- Licensed real estate broker/agent (preferred but not required).- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.- Proven experience in real estate sales, customer service, or a related role.- Strong knowledge of the real estate market, including various asset classes and financing options.- Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.REQUIRED SKILLS:- Customer-focused with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.- Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for social media and marketing.- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
