Real Estate Salesperson

JOB DESCRIPTION: Respond promptly to inquiries from brokers, agents, and potential clients received through various channels (email, phone, online platforms).Provide detailed information about property listings, financing options, and other services offered by the firm.Schedule and coordinate property viewings and meetings with clients and brokers.Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase online presence and engagement.Monitor social media channels for inquiries, comments, and feedback, responding promptly and professionally.Serve as the primary point of contact for in-house and accredited brokers/agents.Facilitate communication between the firm and brokers/agents, ensuring they are informed about new listings, market trends, and promotional activities.Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and proposals for property listings.Support the sales team in lead generation and conversion activities. QUALIFICATIONS: PRC Accredited SalespersonLicensed real estate broker/agent (preferred but not required).Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.Proven experience in real estate sales, customer service, or a related role.Strong knowledge of the real estate market, including various asset classes and financing options.Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
