Send credibility kits to sellers with phone appointments scheduled that day. Reverse search additional contact information for sellers that are still in No Contact. Communicate with cold nurture leads & schedule an appointment if motivation has increased. Send handwritten letters to difficult-to-reach sellers.Expectations (Achieving the Results. Strive for an average call duration of 15 minutes. Maintaining a high level of problem-solving skills in order to make quick decisions for calendar changes, lead priority, and lead quality.
