Job Description Description Developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Leading cross-functional teams. Assigning tasks and responsibilities. Serving as the primary liaison with clients. Coordinating with suppliers and vendors. Monitoring project progress and ensuring safety standards. Managing risks and issues promptly. Tracking expenses and controlling project costs. Preparing and presenting progress reports. Maintaining accurate records of project phases, contracts, and change orders. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD). Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. PMP or equivalent certification is a plus. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
