Responsibilities:Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales processProduce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are metExpand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regionsTurn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipelinePut up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current dataMake a minimum of 200 calls per day to seller leads, including expired listings, FSBOs, and canceled listings.Build and maintain a strong follow-up pipeline by nurturing potential clients.Set a goal of 3 listing appointments per week with qualified prospects.Qualify all leads thoroughly, ensuring they meet the criteria for listing appointments and are properly categorized for follow-up.Track and report progress daily to ensure goals and targets are consistently met.Cold-calling seller leads, including expired listings, canceled listings, FSBOs, and circle prospecting.Setting and closing listing appointments with potential sellers.Handling objections with confidence and delivering effective rebuttals.Working independently while maintaining a positive and energetic attitude.Qualifications:Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a licenseMust have a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by carCandidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor's degree preferredAt least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar positionHas superb interpersonal and communication skillsMinimum 1 year of experience in cold calling seller leads.Proven ability to close for listing appointments.Strong communication and sales skills with expertise in handling objections.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.Positive, energetic, and results-oriented mindset.About CompanySandra Osorio, the dynamic team leader of the Sandra Osorio Team - Compass, is dedicated to providing unparalleled service to both buyers and sellers.
