Real Estate Finance Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Finance Analyst to join our team. The Finance Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting our accounting department by assisting with various tasks related to investment management, investor reporting, accounting, and presentation creation.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of investments, monitor investment performance, and provide support to investment managers as needed.
Collaborate with team members to compile and analyze financial data for investor reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Support the finance team with basic accounting functions such as journal entries, reconciliations, and expense tracking.
Assist in the preparation of presentations for internal and external stakeholders, utilizing financial data and analysis to communicate key insights effectively.

Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience in finance or accounting roles, with a strong understanding of financial principles and investment concepts.
Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate actionable insights.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
