Real Estate Analyst / Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Real Estate Investment Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in financial analysis, with a strong ability to compile data efficiently and produce comprehensive reports. This role will primarily involve creating weekly financial analyses for various properties, utilizing both full information and basic assumptions as provided. Additionally, the analyst will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of offering memorandums, which are detailed marketing packages requiring thorough research and presentation.

Responsibilities:
-Compile and analyze financial data for various properties on a weekly basis, using provided information or basic assumptions.
-Utilize Excel to organize and present financial analyses in a clear and concise format, typically spanning a couple of pages.
-Gather photos and tax information as necessary to supplement the financial analysis.
-Proforma rent by researching updated rental rates for similar units in the area using online rental maps/sites.
-Assist in the preparation of offering memorandums, which includes compiling comps, area information, maps, aerials, etc.
-Work with team members to explore and recommend new software solutions for creating financial analyses and offering memorandums, ensuring automation and efficiency.
-Adapt to new software platforms or tools as needed, including potentially using Adobe for document creation if it streamlines the process.

Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field.
-2+ years of experience in real estate financial analysis or a similar role.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software tools for financial modeling.
-Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines, producing high-quality work.
-Familiarity with real estate market trends and terminology.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
