-Assist Supervisor to find resources and develop new market
- Coordinate with owner/ spa on the logistic work ( like move-in/out; gate pass and etc.)
- Report any problem to superiors in a timely manner
- Preparing real state forms and documents.
- Coordinating showings, assisting at open houses, and obtaining feedback
- Ordering Supplies, preparing and distributing marketing materials.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
