JOB DESCRIPTION:

Promote, offer and sell Whitestone Land and Fil-Earthscape properties (Malolos) through open houses, online platforms advertisements, and participation in various sales and marketing activities
Generate potential clients and build relationships with them
Build and sustain a solid social and professional network
Update clients on market conditions, prices, legal and/or documentary requirements and other related matters
Meet the required assigned sales quota

QUALIFICATIONS:

College graduate, 2 years or 4 years graduate
With minimum of 80 units earned in college are welcome to apply
Sales experience is an advantage
With PRC & DHSUD license / Accreditation (if none, qualified to acquire the said license).
With BIR Certificate of Registration and O.R. ( if none, must be willing to process once hired).
Self-driven and highly motivated individuals.
Good network with good communication skills.
Strong analytical and planning skills.
Willing to fieldworks if needed.
Working schedule is from Mondays to Fridays.
Willing to work on Bulacan minimum rate with commission pay
