About the Role: Seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will handle wholesaling deals, identify distressed properties, and work with both sellers and buyers to lock up properties under contract. In addition, this role offers potential to handle listing appointments for non-distressed properties.
Handle approximately 70 leads per month from existing callersIdentify distressed properties and sellers, and secure properties under contract for wholesalingFind buyers and investors for wholesale dealsPotentially handle listing appointments for non-distressed propertiesFollow company protocols and training for acquisitionsUtilize Follow-up Boss CRM to manage leads and communicate with clientsPre-qualify sellers for both cash offers and listing appointments Strong English communication skills (essential)Real estate knowledge and experience (deal-breaker)Understanding of wholesaling and traditional real estate transactionsFamiliarity with CRM systems (Follow-up Boss preferred)Ability to pre-qualify sellers for cash offers and listing appointments
