React Native Developer - Hybrid (Day Shift).

•Experience 6-10 years

Key Responsibilities:
•Lead and oversee the development of React Native applications and ensure high-quality, scalable code.
•Work on microfrontend architecture using tools like re.pack, creating modular and maintainable frontends.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to define and implement mobile app requirements.
•Drive architectural decisions and best practices in React Native development.
•Mentor and guide a team of developers, ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently and with high code quality.
•Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate project requirements into technical specifications.
•Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, as well as optimize application performance.
•Stay updated on industry trends and React Native best practices, including microfrontend and re.pack usage.

1. Work location (address required) – Smart Tower, Ayala Avenue, Makati City, NCR
2. Work arrangements: Hybrid – 3 days a week from office
