Job Description - Coordination with concerned departments, customers, and suppliers.
- Prepare and release the drawing parts list and Technical Instruction sheet (TIS).
- Decide Performance, Cost, Mass, Quality target of each part, and achievement activities.
- In charge of Engineering change investigation, issue ECI, Prototype order release, and patent
- Clarify the root cause of market design problems.
- Make countermeasures, issue Engineering changes, and follow up on actual results.
- Develop and propose product Seat/Interior Trim-related information collection and analysis.
- Responsible for current part quality maintenance and profit improvement activities
- In charge of the proposal for the preparation of the next project
- Support in the budget preparation, job request concern jobs, and the parts development consignment
- Support in plan schedule preparation of development
- Research various trends /MS /Technology / Products etc.
- Create a Survey report.
- Make ECI documents and 3D Modeling by CATIA
Qualifications Requirement
-Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field.
-Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in R&D engineering or product design.
-Proficient in CATIA or similar software modeling, simulation, and technical drawings.
-Strong understanding of automotive engineering principles and vehicle systems.
-Hands-on experience with CATIA or similar tools.
-Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and cross-functional collaboration.
-Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and automotive industry standards..
-Experience in automotive component design and development is highly desirable.
- Candidate must b willing to train other country and secured passport
Experience working with a Japanese automotive manufacturer. English Level Business
