R&D Design Engineer - Binan Laguna (Manufacturing)

Responsibilities
Ø Set up a plan and follow up on the issue of drawing
Ø Prepare and release the drawing parts list and Technical Instruction sheet (TIS).
Ø Decide Performance, Cost, Mass, Quality target of each part, and achievement activities.
Ø In charge of Engineering change investigation, issue ECI, Prototype order release, and patent
Ø Clarify the root cause of market design problems.
Ø Make countermeasures, issue Engineering changes, and follow up on actual results.
Ø Develop and propose product Seat/Interior Trim-related information collection and analysis.
Ø Responsible for current part quality maintenance and profit improvement activities
Ø In charge of the proposal for the preparation of the next project
Ø Support in the budget preparation, job request concern jobs, and the parts development consignment
Ø Support in plan schedule preparation of development
Ø Research various trends /MS /Technology / Products etc.
Ø Create a Survey report.
Ø Make ECI documents and 3D Modeling by CATIA

Qualifications

Graduate of Engineering course
Practical experience in designing and developing new products or projects.
Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, etc.
Understanding the properties of materials used and the manufacturing processes involved
Skills in scheduling tasks, allocating resources, and meeting deadlines.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations such as ISO, ANSI, and experience in applying them.
Active participation in the research and development of
new technologies and processes.
Experience working in cross-functional teams, particularly with other engineers, designers, and manufacturing departments.
