Job Description - R2P Global Communication & Training Lead (******** W) Kenvue is currently recruiting for: Global R2P Training and Comms Lead.
This role will be part of the Global Requisition to Pay Team and reports into Global R2P COE Manager and is based in Manila, Philippines. This role will play a critical role in transforming the Requisition To Pay (R2P) process on a global scale. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training development, communications, and a deep understanding of the R2P related processes.

What will you do: This position is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of comprehensive training programs and communication strategies within the organization.
This role will ensure that Kenvue end users and R2P team members are well-equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their roles effectively and that communication channels within the organization are streamlined and efficient.
Key Responsibilities: Training Program Development:Design and develop training programs and materials that align with the organization's goals and objectives.Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements across R2P and regional groups.Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content.Utilize various training methodologies, including e-learning, workshops, and hands-on sessions, to cater to diverse learning styles.Training Delivery and Facilitation:Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to employees at all levels.Coordinate with external trainers and vendors when necessary.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed.Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees post-training.Internal Communication:Develop and implement an internal communication strategy that promotes transparency and engagement.Create and disseminate communication materials, including newsletters, emails, and intranet updates.Manage internal communication channels to ensure consistent and timely information flow.Foster a culture of open communication and feedback within the organization.Stakeholder Management:Engage with leadership and various departments to understand their training and communication needs.Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns and suggestions related to training and communication.Performance Monitoring and Reporting:Track and analyze training attendance, participation, and performance metrics.Prepare and present reports on training outcomes and communication effectiveness to senior management.Use data and feedback to continuously improve training programs and communication strategies.Qualifications: What we are looking for: Academic background: University/Bachelor degree qualification in Human Resources, Education, Communications, Business Administration, Finance or a related field is essential.Required years of related experience: 5+ Years.Demonstrated proficiency with R2P & Finance/Accounting processes (Requisitioning, PO, Invoicing, General Ledger).Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.Leadership, communication, influencing, and collaboration skills are required.Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently present complex information in English.Strategic Thinking.Leadership and Team Development.Process Improvement.Communication and Collaboration.Adaptability and Resilience.Kenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
