QUANTITY SURVEYORS

 

Formulates, monitors, and implements project strategies and planning. Estimates the needed materials, manpower, tools and equipment for the project site and tracks all movement of projects.

 

Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of BS-Civil Engineering, not necessarily licensed
- Proficient in Project Management Software (MS Project, Primavera)

Knowledgeable in Estimate Software (Planswift)

Familiar with Rebar Works, Formworks, Concreting Works

Familiar with Electrical Works, Plumbing Works, Mechanical Works and Fire Protection

With at least 2 years? experience in making estimates and bar charts for Building Construction

Efficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up

Can handle and monitor Subcontractors? scopes and billings
