Quantity Surveyor (Sta. Rosa Laguna)

Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadline
- Evaluate construction methods and determine cost-effectiveness of plans
- Prepare and submit progress and cost tracking reports
- Direct activities concerned with the construction structures, facilities, and systems
- Take actions to discuss and resolve causes of delays, bad weather, or emergencies, work procedures, complaints, and construction problems
- Oversee the completion of the project based on approved time, budget and quality
- Perform other related tasks that may be assigned to him from time to time.
- Willing to be assigned in Santa Rosa, Laguna

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:
