Description :Responsible for pricing or forecasting the cost of the different components needed in the project.Tracking changes to the design and/or installation works.Responsible for adjusting budget projections in the project.Selecting and sourcing of materials, contractors and sub-contractors.Experience in site supervision is an advantage.The position is responsible for estimating the costs of projects, working with contractors, builders, and architects to provide the most cost-effective plans that meet high-quality standards.Reviewing architectural/Interior/Modular plans and preparing quantity needs.Preparing contracts and documents.Set budgets for payments, inventory needs, and materials.Analyzing costs for maintenance and additional installation needs
