Quantity Surveyor(Modular Cabinet )

Description :

Responsible for pricing or forecasting the cost of the different components needed in the project.
Tracking changes to the design and/or installation works.
Responsible for adjusting budget projections in the project.
Selecting and sourcing of materials, contractors and sub-contractors.
Experience in site supervision is an advantage.
The position is responsible for estimating the costs of projects, working with contractors, builders, and architects to provide the most cost-effective plans that meet high-quality standards.
Reviewing architectural/Interior/Modular plans and preparing quantity needs.
Preparing contracts and documents.
Set budgets for payments, inventory needs, and materials.
Analyzing costs for maintenance and additional installation needs
