QUANTITY SURVEYOR - MECHANICAL ENGINEER ( MAKATI)
Job Responsibilities

Carry out feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labor costs.
Negotiates and draw up bids for tenders and contracts.
Monitors each stage of construction to make sure that costs are in line with budget forecasts.
Provides financial progress reports to management.
Prepares in-house estimates, derive cost, valuate subcontractors cost.
Provides advice to project staff on commercial and contractual matters including reviewing and drafting correspondence.
Assists in preparation and adherence to project purchasing targeting and costing budgets.
Assists Operations Manager & Engineering Manager with a range of other duties as may be required from time to time.
Performs other related work as required.
Qualifications

With experience as Quantity Surveyor
At least 2-3 years experience

SALARY: 20K-35K
