Quantity Surveyor

**Scope**:

- Prepare budgetary estimate and detailed cost breakdown
- Preparation of contract packages and bill of quantities
- Assistance during tendering, evaluation and recommendation during bidding process of contractors and suppliers
- Assistance in preparation of tender documents and contract documents
- Prepare project cash flow based on master schedule
- Conduct pre bid/post bid clarificatory meetings
- Assistance and evaluation of Value Engineered items/scope
- Assistance in the monitoring of Owner-supplied materials.
- Prepare Monthly Financial Statement.
- Monitor additive/deductive change orders.
- Value the works in progress and recommend payment to the Owner
- Evaluate claims of contractors and suppliers
- Assist the Owner during close-out of all Contract Packages of Contractors and Suppliers

**Requirements**:

- Graduate of Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or any engineering course/program
- At least three (3) years of related experience
- Can generate full BOM/BOQ based on construction plans
- Can spearhead the procurement process from RFP to award
- Has worked with QS firms and has been assigned to project sites

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
