**Job Summary**

The Quantity Surveyor Engineer plans and manages all costs associated with construction projects, from outset until completion, delivering the best possible job at the best possible price.
S/He is expected to work strategically, and is nvolved at every stage of the construction project, making sure that everything is done with the right cost and quality within the allocated time frame.
The Quantity Surveyor Engineer is also tasked to negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to reduce project cost, and is expected to process documentations like billings while managing and maintaining cost efficiency.
Prepares billing from to final of quantities and manages & maintain a building efficiently.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Integrate business goals (defined by the Management) into the project scope and deliverables
- Develop metrics to track progress toward goals, in collaboration with the management.
- Communicate with HR and Management to improve processes regularly.
Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of construction planning and execution processes
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Procure services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other relevant documents to be presented to the Site Engineers or clients
- Gather data and quantification to verify progress of accomplishments of the project
- Come up with ways to reduce overall cost of a project ensuring best value for money
- Produce documents and plan costs to prepare final bills of quantities
- Ensure adequate inventory of materials for continuous workflow
- Audit contractor billings
- Monitors project progress to ensure all work at every stage of a project is completed on time, within budget and to the correct standard;
- Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly
- Ensures that onsite workers adhere to clearly defined standards and quality which are specified by building regulations

**Qualifications**:

- Willing to work at Tagaytay site area
- At least 3 years experience in the construction industry as Quantity Surveyor Engineer, preferably in real estate

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Quantity surveryor: 3 years (preferred)
