Quantity Surveyor

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of BS Architecture or BS Civil Engineering
- At least 2 years of experience in cost estimates (fit-out/ground-up)
- Must be willing to work in Quezon City Office
- Detail oriented and can work on tight deadlines
KEY ROLES:
- Creates detailed cost estimates for projects
- Coordinates with Purchasing Officer for material prices
- Coordinates with direct supervisor for project directives
- Prepares bid documents for bidding projects
WORK LOCATION: Quezon City
WORK SCHEDULE: Mon-Fri; 8:00am-5:00pm (on site reporting)
SALARY RANGE: 17,000 - 22,000 (Depends on experience)
