Quantity Surveyor

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor located in Quezon City. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for tasks associated with cost control, BOQ, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting.

Qualifications

Experience in cost control, BOQ, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting
Knowledge of construction practices and techniques
Excellent math and analytical skills
Experience with computer software such as spreadsheets and databases
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
Licensed Civil Engineer
Willing to travel to project sites for actual estimation.
